[Her eyelids flutter closed, all the sensations of this overwhelming, and her hand that isn't still gripped in his hair tightens, fingernails digging in slightly at the junction of his neck and shoulder, to... try and steady herself, maybe.
It doesn't really help, and she does let out a few more helpless noises as she keeps her body flush against his, keeps entwining her tongue with his, and keeps holding on to him tightly like she might somehow fall.]
[he holds onto her tightly, as though he's trying to keep her upright even though his own legs are starting to feel weak in the knees. and then suddenly. . .]

[not necessarily because he's trying to flee again, but mostly to inhale a sharp breath and collect himself. his eyes are still fluttered shut, mouth open as he inhales and exhales in a quick, even rhythm]

[She leans forward and buries her face in the crook of his neck, lips brushing his skin, but only for a moment until she turns so her warm cheeks are against it. She's really more making sure he can't see her expression even if he looks back than anything else.]
[she can do that!! he does look back at her, but he's stiff and tense, tightly wound and prepared to jerk back. but even though every instinct tells him that he should, that's he's already pushed way, way too far? the gentle press of her mouth against his grounds him in place for reasons he can't yet explain]
[it helps that it's not nearly as intense as earlier, it helps that this feels more like a bookend to the game participation between them, but. he does reciprocate. light and slow, and nothing more]
[She lingers there for a while, but doesn't escalate the kiss any further. Maybe it's something like a cooldown, rather than stopping so harshly after they got worked up so much. It makes sense for workouts, right?]
[it's still probably not a good idea, but he lingers well, keeping his hands firmly shoved into his pockets as he does so. and when the kiss has gone on long enough, he's again the one to break it, although. . . much less suddenly than before]
